Archaeological excavations at San Jacinto, an ancient temple from the Formative Period on the Peruvian central coast (1500 B.C.), have revealed the architectural design of an important section of the monument. Although the excavation has just finished (which is part of the doctoral thesis), the final graphic record of the monument is still being completed, which seeks to integrate technological tools. Thus, this project is based on an aerial record through the use of “drones” that will allow not only to obtain high-quality images (orthophotos) but also generate a “digital twin” of the archaeological site through photogrammetry for more complete analysis.
