The project I am currently working on, concerning migration and artistic frontiers in Argentina, is conceived to be the first step of my final dissertation "Making Art in Migration: Global Countercultural Movements between Italy, Spain and Argentina".

My dissertation explores the writings of Jorge Luis Borges, an Argentinean poet, essayist, and short story writer, from the vantage point of analytical bibliography.

On 13-14 October, 2016, the Program in Latin American Studies will host a symposium to examine the relationship between global and area studies scholarship.
