Our proposed project investigates two community-led initiatives to develop infrastructure to support community-based research.

The purpose of this project is to develop the STAR Global Autism Initiative as a new branch of UVa’s Supporting Transformative Autism Research (STAR).

This project aims to address growing concerns about school safety, youth violence, and mental health in Mexico by adapting and implementing the evidence-based Coping Power Program.

This project aims to understand how to make computer science education equitable and accessible for learners across cultural, social, and economic contexts. 

Changing climate requires resilient ecological systems, human communities, and built environments.

Manipulation of information or fabrication of false and incorrect information shared via social media and online platforms has severe societal consequences.

This interdisciplinary and collaborative research program is dedicated to the study of digital technologies and their consequences for local democracy.

Since media studies began in the 1970s, its object of study has changed in fundamental ways.

This project will support the establishment of an air quality network across Senegal measuring two important pollutants, fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2).
